Responsibilities: • Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards, • Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi plates, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area, • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting, • Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients, • Familiarity with food safety regulations, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail, • Good communication and teamwork skills
