What You’ll Be Doing • Operating ovens and managing baking cycles to perfection. Preparing and mixing dough using traditional, time-honoured techniques., • Scoring, glazing, and shaping dough for top-quality results. Monitoring proofing and ensuring products meet our high artisan standards., • Assisting in viennoiserie production when required. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment., • Supporting the team to meet production schedules without compromising quality. As the Senior Sous Chef, you will lead, motivate, train and manage the operations for the restaurants culinary team. You will need to apply for the role to discuss the concept and cuisine of the restaurants we are recruiting for at this time. You will assist the Head Chef in managing all food related quality and standards, food, health, and safety in the kitchen.
