Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including brunch classics with a modern twist (e.g., smashed avocado, eggs benedict, eggs royale) and dinner options such as buttermilk chicken, rare herbed tuna steak, and 35-day aged sirloin steak to name a few. - Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. - Assist with menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas and seasonal specials. - Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. - Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - A creative and innovative approach to cooking. - Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 certification (essential).
