Role Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality nail services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. - Thoroughly clean and sterilise all tools and equipment before and after each use. - Keep the work station tidy and well-organised at all times. - Stay informed about current nail trends and techniques. - Educate clients on proper nail care practices and recommend suitable products. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service Qualifications: - Demonstrate previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role. - Possess a valid certification as a Nail Technician. - Have knowledge of nail products, techniques, and current trends. - Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity. - Capable of maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment. - Possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Work effectively within a team environment. Are you a problem-solver who enjoys assisting and engaging with people? If so, we're looking for individuals like you to join our team on a 6 month contract. Salary: £26,000, OTE £30,000 dependent on skills and experience Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6pm or 8am to 5:30 pm and a Saturday rota (currently 1 in 4) covering 9am to 1pm. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive outstanding assistance and have a positive experience with our brand. What will you be doing? • First point of contact for volume inbound customer calls, you will be directing our customers to the relevant department or converting them into bookings and appointments. • Maximise our service sales by upselling the work identified within service appointments. • To support Sales teams across the group with customer enquiries and leads regarding vehicles BMW, MINI and Motorrad products. • Creating outstanding customer confidence by always ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care. • Accurately record vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up and prospect customers to secure repeat and business. What We're Looking For: • Excellent written and verbal skills • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour • Ability to multitask and navigate through various software systems efficiently • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is preferred but not mandatory We're excited to welcome individuals who are eager to make a difference and leave their mark in the world of luxury automotive sales.
