Previous experience working with dogs is not essential, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude is! You must be a very safe, efficient and confident driver with experience driving in a city. You need to be able to walk up to six dogs in all weathers, on and off the lead. To work for Dog’ scouts London you will need to be a committed, responsible and reliable dog lover, who is presentable with good communication skills. Schedule: 07:00 am - 16:30 pm (1h lunch break) Location: South London. You must be confident handling dogs of all breeds and sizes and be able to use your initiative to ensure the safety of our dogs at all times. We will provide you with a fully equipped company van and training. To be considered, you will need to: Have a full clean UK driving licence with no fault claims or points. Be able to demonstrate that you can deliver great customer service. Speak fluent English with strong communication skills. Demonstrate that you are extremely reliable and trustworthy. I am looking for support for 6 hours a week and can be flexible with the days. I have ADHD and a rare condition called SCDS that I am having brain surgery for in December. The role would include a mix of things. I have now moved into my property in Chessington and will need help to sort the office, order the furniture via access to work and help to make it a workable space. Next is sorting my finances and supporting with processes around my paperwork. On my down days, cups of tea, a listening ear and maybe running errands I can’t. I have good days and bad days with my health. My work is based around supporting people involved in crime or serious trauma so in the unlikely chance you see or hear material that is sensitive, confidentiality is the highest priority. I have previously written adverts but the move took its toll on me. I am ready to hold interviews ASAP. We do not have any cages on site, as we believe in giving dogs a more relaxed environment to be pampered in, so they are given pens and access to our secure outdoor garden. Requirement’s : I’m looking for a dog grooming stylist who will work with our clients. We currently have a client list of over 2000 dogs. You will be working the hours of 9-5 / - 3/4 days a week, to include two Saturdays Per month. extra Saturday to cover holiday or busy periods (notice will be given in advance) You will be working on 5 dogs a day at present, although this may change and increase with Christmas bookings. Overtime is optional during busier times and to cover holiday. You will have the opportunity to work with our dog walker during quieter times. Once we have gone through the interview process and discussed suitability for both parties, we will supply you with a personalised contract, which will form the basis of an agreement. We are happy to expand on training you already have and focus in on skills and timing for you to excel in the future. A portfolio and references will be required. Terms You will need to agree to abide by the rules and regulations our business operates under. You will not be allowed to openly advertise your own business within our premises, or store/sell your own stock. We ask that you do not post clients dogs on your own social media platforms.
