We are looking for a new member of staff for a well established Dog walking business in North London We are looking for the right person to fit into our team , no experience is necessary as full training will be given apart from a love of animals- but an advantage You MUST love Dogs You MUST live in North London MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE and be OVER 24 for insurance purposes & have a clean driving licence A company van will be provided Be Physically fit , as this is an active role Must have a good level of English You must be comfortable working outside in ALL types of weather & with all types of dogs We are looking for the right someone..... NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB Work closely with the Revenue Management team, General Managers, Sales and Reservation teams of the cluster you are looking after Analyse trends in data to develop winning revenue management strategies and outperform your competitive set Maximise total revenue of the property through business mix optimisation and rate manipulation Provide ongoing insight about revenue performance of your cluster to all stakeholders Forecast demand per market segment for your cluster and provide supporting commentary to the management Produce annual budgets per segment; participate in the process of delivering the annual sales & marketing plan Manage the overbooking strategies for your cluster to maximise occupancy levels Monitor and control all functions of the revenue management system and the accuracy of the reporting solution Liaise with your colleagues from e-commerce, distribution and marketing to drive additional business Be commercially savvy in exploring new distribution channels and technology partners for Generator Take the initiative to proactively adapt strategy and tactics in changing market conditions Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD Full Time Dog walker required for Kensington and Chelsea Hours are 7.30am - finishing by 5pm Daily duties include, collecting dogs, doing 3 x 1 hour walks and dropping dogs back home. Previous experience working with dogs is not essential, but must be comfortable around dogs and be able to competently handle a group of dogs. Looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and is dedicated and reliable. Must be able to drive and have a clean UK Driver’s license. Must have a good command of English and be punctual. There will be 6 weeks of training before the applicant starts picking up dogs on their own. First training, getting to know the dogs and getting used to the routine. Pay rate is £500 per week until probation is complete, then starting pay is £130 weekdays and £150 Weekends. The role is Sunday - Thursday Going forward, pay will increase based on performance. We run a yearly dog training course for our team for those interested in a dog training career.
