As a Dog Carer & Driver, you’ll be an essential part of the Tiny’s team, ensuring every dog’s day runs smoothly from home to club and back again. You’ll safely transport dogs, support them through their daily routines of walks, rest, and play, and contribute to the calm, structured atmosphere that defines our daycare. You’ll also use our online system to complete daily service reports for clients, sharing thoughtful updates that reflect each dog’s experience and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: • Safely collect and drop off dogs from their homes, ensuring a calm and positive transition., • Walk, supervise, and engage dogs throughout the day, following our structured daycare schedule., • Observe behaviour and wellbeing, communicating clearly with the team about any changes or needs., • Complete daily service reports through our online system, keeping clients informed and reassured., • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the daycare and vehicle., • Build trusting relationships with dogs and their owners through consistency and care. Requirements: • Genuine love for dogs and a deep understanding of their behaviour and needs., • Prior experience in dog walking, pet care, or a related field., • Comfortable working outdoors regardless of weather conditions., • Highly reliable, with a strong work ethic., • Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check., • Must be over 25 years of age for insurance., • Must possess a valid clean driver's license, be comfortable driving and have at least 5 years driving experience., • Monday to Friday role. With some weekend work once or twice a month., • Must be comfortable using an online booking app for scheduling and communication., • Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team., • This is a customer facing role so you must be well presented, well spoken with good English and outstanding communication skills. We are looking for a very reliable and caring Support worker / learning support / carer who has already experience in care and with severe autism. About the young man: He is a disabled and autistic non verbal 18 year old with severe epilepsy, a movement disorder and additional health needs. he is very friendly but needs a lot of help with everything He lives at home with his family and dog. His team of Learning support workers / carers help him with his daily life & routine which includes supporting and facilitating access to activities and community, help him with learning more self help skills and communication, all of his personal care, provide 1 - 2 overnight support shifts per week (these are waking nights), and keep his environment and laundry clean & tidy. He needs a lot of help with all elements of daily life. He is developing his communication skills using picture exchange and gestures, such as pointing. When he is well he likes physical activities (with a lot of support) — like going to the pool, walks in the parks, disability bike rides. He needs a lot of support with all of these activities as he also has a movement disorder. He also likes to chill with his sister and watch movies and join in Family meals. Unfortunately he often also needs a lot of care as he can have seizures which lead to him needing to spend time in hospital. About the Position: You will be provided with regular training on his health needs, care needs, and behavioural support. The training is provided by the experienced team members of the team as well as his ABA therapist. You need to be strong and fun as well as reliable to fit into the very professional and experienced team. You will need to have worked with disability and autism before (babysitting a nephew is not enough). Perhaps you also have already experience with care elements like CIC catheterisation and Peresteen as well as PEG and giving medications otherwise we can train you. This might be a good position for someone who has a keen interest in disability, psychology, nursing, and the position could suit a part time student of a relevant field. Unfortunately we do not think that having worked in a care home would be the relevant experience. It is also an opportunity to learn a lot and to be part of a very nice supportive team. You would need to be willing to commit for a minimum of 12 months. We would prefer someone who can work with a UTR number on a self-employed basis and who can work a minimum of 35 hours per week. We are Everypawdy, a small boutique dog walking and training company offering services in Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham. We are looking for enthusiastic, active people for this beautiful but physically demanding job. We are looking for people who want to be part of our little family, hang out with many dogs, learn more about them, or improve their dog skills. (We offer support for those interested in pursuing a dog training career). This is an awesome job, but unfortunately, it is not a summer job. As you can imagine, building the trust of clients and dogs takes time. Hence, we require committed people who understand that the dogs need to go out regardless of the weather or the situation. Below is a summary of what to expect from the role and how we operate. The Daily Routine & Hours We operate a structured schedule to ensure all our dogs get the exercise and socialization they need. • Shift Times: Your day is split into two main blocks:, • Group 1: 09:00 – 11:00, • Group 2: 11:30 – 14:00, • The Workflow: You will collect your group on foot, walk to the park, manage off-leash playtime, and drop them home., • Communication: After each walk, you’ll send a photo to the client's WhatsApp group and confirm the collection time for the next day., • We have two positions: Monday to Friday and Monday to Thursday (specify which one you are applying for please) Group Logistics • Group Size: A maximum of 4 dogs per group to ensure high safety standards., • Zones: All dogs live within a maximum 20-minute walk from the park. We rotate walking zones monthly to keep the routes fresh and ensure all dogs know all walkers. Physical Requirements & Gear • Activity Level: This is a highly active role. You should expect to walk between 15,000 and 25,000 steps daily in all weather conditions., • Uniform: We provide Everypawdy branded jackets, jumpers, t-shirts, and gear. You will need to provide your own comfortable, waterproof walking shoes or boots. Paid Training & Development We are committed to making you an expert in dog handling: • Onboarding: A 2–4 week paid training period involving shadowing and 1-on-1 dog handling lessons., • First Aid: Once you have completed your 3rd week of training, we pay for your 5-hour Pet First Aid certification., • Growth: We offer an optional yearly short course in dog training for those looking to further their career in animal behavior.
