We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dog Walker. Your responsibilities will include walking groups of up to four dogs, accompanying them to the park, and ensuring their safe return home, followed by washing and drying. Beyond dog care, you will also assist with general house chores, including cleaning up after dogs and other small animals. Initially, this role offers between 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as our business expands. If you have a passion for animals and enjoy making pets look and feel their best, we want to hear from you. We are looking to take an on experienced groomer, preferably with 2+ years of experience in dog grooming. Responsibilities • Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets according to breed standards or owner preferences, • Handle pets with care and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process, • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grooming area, • Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming requirements and provide excellent customer service, • Preferably working days of Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. There is also a further opportunity of working Thursday down the line if wished., • Monitor pet health and report any concerns to the relevant veterinary professionals Qualifications • Experience in animal care and handling, particularly in grooming procedures, • Ability to lift heavy pets and equipment when necessary, • Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively, • Knowledge of veterinary practices is advantageous but not essential

Key Responsibilities: • Safely collect and drop off dogs from their homes, ensuring a calm and positive transition., • Walk, supervise, and engage dogs throughout the day, following our structured daycare schedule., • Observe behaviour and wellbeing, communicating clearly with the team about any changes or needs., • Complete daily service reports through our online system, keeping clients informed and reassured., • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the daycare and vehicle., • Build trusting relationships with dogs and their owners through consistency and care. Requirements: • Genuine love for dogs and a deep understanding of their behaviour and needs., • Prior experience in dog walking, pet care, or a related field., • Comfortable working outdoors regardless of weather conditions., • Highly reliable, with a strong work ethic., • Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check., • Must be over 25 years of age for insurance., • Must possess a valid clean driver's license, be comfortable driving and have at least 5 years driving experience., • Monday to Friday role. With some weekend work once or twice a month., • Must be comfortable using an online booking app for scheduling and communication., • Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team., • This is a customer facing role so you must be well presented, well spoken with good English and outstanding communication skills. We are Everypawdy, a small boutique dog walking and training company offering services in Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham. We are looking for enthusiastic, active people for this beautiful but physically demanding job. We are looking for people who want to be part of our little family, hang out with many dogs, learn more about them, or improve their dog skills. (We offer support for those interested in pursuing a dog training career). This is an awesome job, but unfortunately, it is not a summer job. As you can imagine, building the trust of clients and dogs takes time. Hence, we require committed people who understand that the dogs need to go out regardless of the weather or the situation. Below is a summary of what to expect from the role and how we operate. The Daily Routine & Hours We operate a structured schedule to ensure all our dogs get the exercise and socialization they need. • Shift Times: Your day is split into two main blocks:, • Group 1: 09:00 – 11:00, • Group 2: 11:30 – 14:00, • The Workflow: You will collect your group on foot, walk to the park, manage off-leash playtime, and drop them home., • Communication: After each walk, you’ll send a photo to the client's WhatsApp group and confirm the collection time for the next day., • We have two positions: Monday to Friday and Monday to Thursday (specify which one you are applying for please) Group Logistics • Group Size: A maximum of 4 dogs per group to ensure high safety standards., • Zones: All dogs live within a maximum 20-minute walk from the park. We rotate walking zones monthly to keep the routes fresh and ensure all dogs know all walkers. Physical Requirements & Gear • Activity Level: This is a highly active role. You should expect to walk between 15,000 and 25,000 steps daily in all weather conditions., • Uniform: We provide Everypawdy branded jackets, jumpers, t-shirts, and gear. You will need to provide your own comfortable, waterproof walking shoes or boots. Paid Training & Development We are committed to making you an expert in dog handling: • Onboarding: A 2–4 week paid training period involving shadowing and 1-on-1 dog handling lessons., • First Aid: Once you have completed your 3rd week of training, we pay for your 5-hour Pet First Aid certification., • Growth: We offer an optional yearly short course in dog training for those looking to further their career in animal behavior.
