Job Title: SEN Teacher \n Penny Tree School, Birmingham B30 3ES \n Hours: Monday to Friday \n Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only \n Join our brand-new Options Autism school as an experienced SEN Teacher. \n We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our pioneering team. You will deliver high-quality, engaging, and personalised teaching to pupils with autism and complex needs. Your role will include supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development, contributing to curriculum development, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. \n You will be a dedicated teacher and excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with pupils with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties. You will thrive in a school community where collaboration, innovation, and a focus on pupil outcomes are central. \n Building strong, caring relationships with pupils and supporting their development. \n Contributing to the vision, culture, and direction of a new, vibrant school. \n Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (UK). \n Commitment to inclusive education and meeting the needs of pupils with SEN. \n If you are enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with complex needs, we would love to hear from you. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults.
