Role Overview: We’re looking for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of commercial sites in London and occasionally Surrey. This is a hands-on role within building services, ideal for someone with solid electrical maintenance experience and a proactive approach to work. We are looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. An excellent auto mechanic has good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. You should be well-versed in complex mechanical or electronical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Also Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tyres. Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors. Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications. Responsibilities Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks) Provide accurate estimates (time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job Keep logs on work and issues Maintain equipment and tools in good condition Inspections of vehicles that require an MoT test to be carried out. Requirements and skills Proven experience as auto mechanic Knowledge of what will fail a MoT test when inspecting a vehicle Excellent knowledge of mechanical components. Knowledge of Electrical and electronic components of vehicles an advantage. Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods Ability to handle various tools and equipment Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc. Good health condition. UK Drivers licence – a licence check will need be completed prior to employment. Any medical issues will need to be disclosed, immaterial of whether they affect the candidate’s ability to do the necessary work. This information will be kept confidential.

Maintenance Electrician Job Role: On the road reactive maintenance position with company van and fuel card provided. (Tools are not provided, hand tools and power tools are a must) testing equipment will be provided if needed. Standard working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 (Punctuality is crucial, lateness will not be tolerated) You are expected to wear company uniform without fail and be smart, well groomed and tidy. You will be expected to complete all jobs in diary each day to a good standard and submit a report in relation to what was done and job notes in relation to what needs to be done to complete with a time estimate and a materials list. We generally work on a estimate basis. We give our clients estimates on how long we believe the job will take. Your job is to try to get as close to the estimate 'within reason'. All jobs are to be carried out with use of dust sheets and are to be left spotless upon completion. We do not rush! We take our time 'within reason' and provide the best quality service we can. Any holes we make we patch and fill. You will be given a company van and company uniform, this is to be looked after and kept clean. We take pride in our appearance and reward will be given for this. Our work is vast in small works of no-complication to full re-wires but we are looking to grow and grow with a skilled team of great engineers.
