We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Events & Marketing Coordinator. Students or recent graduates are especially welcome to apply. Full training and guidance will be provided by our management team. Both part-time and full-time options are available. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and organising private dining events, parties, and special occasions. Attend and support events to ensure smooth delivery and excellent guest experience. Support client communication under the guidance of the management team, ensuring a personalised service. Help plan, prepare, and manage weekly marketing campaigns through our booking operator, website, and social media channels. Coordinate photoshoots for dishes, events, and restaurant promotions. Assist with PR and marketing tasks. Contribute to the delivery of the restaurant’s business and marketing plans, including seasonal offers and campaigns. Maintain accurate event schedules and client records with supervision. Provide support in daily operations as directed, ensuring a smooth guest experience. Share creative ideas for promotions and events, with guidance from the management team. Requirements Motivated, organised, and willing to learn. Student or recent graduate preferred. Good communication skills. Enthusiasm for hospitality, events, and Italian cuisine. Positive attitude, team player, and proactive.
