This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for confident, personable bartenders with previous experience in quality pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels or members' clubs. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work and genuinely enjoy engaging with guests. Whether serving busy weekend crowds, members enjoying a drink after work, hotel guests or private events, you'll help maintain the high standards of service and hospitality that define The Royal Bell. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the highest standard., • Produce a range of classic cocktails, premium spirits and draught products with consistency and attention to detail., • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and engaging customer service at all times., • Develop a strong knowledge of our drinks menu, wines, beers and spirits to confidently make recommendations and upsell., • Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service., • Process orders accurately using our EPOS system., • Follow licensing laws, Challenge 25 procedures and all company policies., • Support private events, weddings and member functions as required., • Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. What We're Looking For • Previous bar experience within a quality pub, cocktail bar, restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality environment., • Confidence serving premium drinks and producing classic cocktails., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • A positive attitude with a strong team ethic., • The ability to remain calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods., • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism., • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.
