We are looking for a talented and friendly Hair Stylist / Hairdresser to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide a high standard of hairdressing services while delivering excellent customer care. Key Responsibilities • Cutting, styling and finishing for ladies’ and gents’ hair, • Colouring, highlights, balayage and other chemical services (where qualified), • Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles/treatments, • Promoting salon services and retail products, • Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming salon environment, • Ensuring all services are carried out in line with salon standards and health & safety guidelines Requirements • NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification, • Ideally at least 2 years’ salon experience, • Confident in cutting, styling and colouring techniques, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Professional, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team, • Must be available to work Saturdays Hours & Pay • Part-time role, around 16 hours per week (including Saturdays; weekdays to be agreed), • Competitive hourly rate, • Commission on services
