    Oak Lodge Residential Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a 17-bed home catering to dementia and respite residents, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Duties: • Supervise and support care staff in delivering high-quality care services., • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents., • Provide senior care assistance including personal care, medication administration, and emotional support., • Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and mentoring junior staff members., • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment within the care home., • Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals., • Drive initiatives to enhance resident well-being and quality of life., • Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes. Experience: • Proven experience in senior care or a similar role within a care home setting., • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams., • Strong leadership skills with the capacity to supervise and motivate staff members., • Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs., • Experience in utilizing IT systems for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
