About the job Job Description The Lounge Supervisor at Heathrow Airport will focus on the Front of House operation whilst the Lounge is open and liaise with the kitchen to ensure all the required standards are met at all times. They will also support all management areas of the operations too when required. Also, the Lounge Supervisor will be expected to be part of the FB service delivery and attend to passengers as part of the attendant team. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in hospitality industry Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively, and manage team dynamics. We have a fixed term contract (till January 2026) opportunity to join our front of house team at Plane Food Heathrow Terminal 5 as a Guest Server. Plane Food is a newly designed, state of the art restaurant situated airside at Heathrow Terminal 5.
