Quality Control: Tasting dishes to ensure they meet Hot N Juicy Shrimp's flavour, appearance, and quality standards. Addressing any issues with food quality or presentation promptly, working with the kitchen team to make necessary adjustments. Implementing and maintaining kitchen standards and procedures through Trail Hospitality to ensure consistent quality across all shifts.
