Job Description: Pia Ristorante, located in West Byfleet, is looking for an experienced and passionate food and beverage server, needed for an Italian family owned restaurant. The ideal candidate will collaborate alongside our restaurant manager and the rest of the team in order to create a smooth and professional service and bringing passion, creativity, and excellence to our new restaurant. Responsibilities: • Greeting customers and showing them to their table, • Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set throughout the service, • Maintaining knowledge of the menu and available items., • Presenting customers with the menu and taking orders., • Checking the quality of dishes before serving them., • Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner., • Preparing drinks at the bar ready to be served., • To be consistent attending tables and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service., • Ability to take payments., • To be able to handle customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner., • Strictly adhering to food, sanitary, and safety standards consistently throughout the restaurant., • Keeping the restaurant clean and tidy at all times.
