Property Lettings Manager — (Founding Team) London | Hybrid (Remote + Field) | Commission-only | Entrepreneurial Venture *Please read this ad in full before applying.* The journey has already begun, are you ready to jump onboard? King Khawaja Angels is the newly-launched property management and concierge arm of King Khawaja Investments LLP, registered in Mayfair. We're building something from the ground up — a boutique lettings and concierge brand delivered by a team we call our "Angels," backed by AI-driven client communication tools. There is no existing client book to inherit — this is about sourcing, pitching, and closing deals entirely from scratch. A different way of working This is a hybrid role — part remote, part field. We're breaking away from the conventional office model in favour of something more flexible and fluid. You'll stay connected with the team through regular Zoom calls and informal catch-ups at convenient spaces — a local café, lounge, or hotel — to stay aligned on the latest developments. You'll also have exclusive use of our Old Bond Street office to entertain clients for meetings and signings, giving you a prestigious Mayfair address to close deals from. We're not looking to become another high street estate agent. Our vision is to build the biggest virtual lettings management and concierge service in London — and become the market leader in this field. This is not a conventional job. There is no basic salary. This is an opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to build a client base, earn serious commission, and grow with a brand from day one. Who we need • A strong-minded, self-driven individual — not someone looking for a 9-to-5, • Comfortable with the uncertainty and grind of an early-stage venture, • Willing to put in the work to build relationships and win landlords from scratch, with no existing clientele to fall back on — every deal starts from zero, • Experience in lettings/property management preferred, but mindset matters more than CV, • Someone who understands that building something worthwhile takes hustle before it pays off What you'll do • Build a landlord client base from the ground up — sourcing, pitching, onboarding, • Manage the full lettings lifecycle: tenant sourcing, referencing, compliance, renewals, • Represent the brand with a concierge-level standard of service, • Help shape the operational backbone of the business as it scales, • Complete autonomy to steer the business in the direction you believe will drive its success — this isn't a role where you follow a script, it's one where you help write it Rewards Commission-based: 40% for your first 12 months, or your first 25 landlords onboarded — no ceiling on what you can earn • 28 days holiday, • Your birthday off, every year, • Travel opportunities as the business grows, • Training and professional development support, • A genuine seat at the table in a founding team — real equity in the brand's future, not just a job title If you're looking for safety and a guaranteed paycheque, this isn't for you. If you're looking to build something and be rewarded properly for it, we want to hear from you. Love Khawaja's Angels 12 Old Bond St, Mayfair

Hi, my name’s Aidan and I run a lettings & relocation agency in London. I’m currently looking for a small number of remote Marketing Assistants to join my team. You’ll be working directly with one of my agents, helping them fill rooms , studios , flats by posting listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree, and booking viewings. The role is fully remote and commission-based, but realistically you can earn £60–£120+ per day. Your job is simple: generate leads and book appointments — we handle everything else in the office. If you’re consistent, sending 5–10 clients per day, you can build a strong daily income. There’s also potential to grow further by building your own team and creating passive income. We’re only taking a limited number of people. If you’re interested, I’ll run a quick phone interview, and if it’s a good fit, you’ll be invited to the office to get set up and start immediately. Message me to apply.
