We are looking for a self employed pub manager for a pub in the Ashton Under Lyne area. Duties include day to day operation of the pub including cellar management, stock ordering, cashing up, staff management and promoting the business. The agreement: You receive 20% of the outlets weekly net wet takings. Any food income generated is 100% your own. The company pay all utilities/rates. Stock is provided by the company. Being self-employed will mean that you will be responsible for your own tax and national insurance. You will also need to be a personal licence holder for the sale of alcohol. This is potentially a long term contract for the right applicant.
