Production Assistant (Pathway to Production Lead)

Sarah Baker Perfumes is an independent London fragrance house specialising in small batch, hand finished perfumes and luxury packaging. All products are assembled in house with a strong emphasis on precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. We are seeking a full time Production Assistant to join our studio team, with a clear pathway to progress into a Production Lead role as the company grows. This is a focused, hands on production role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a consistent work ethic. Key Responsibilities • Filling perfume bottles accurately and carefully, • Applying labels and tamper seals to a high standard, • Cutting and fitting sprayer straws to correct length, • Assembling boxes, sleeves, and inserts, • Packing retail and wholesale orders, • Conducting quality control checks, • Maintaining organised workstations and stock areas, • Supporting structured daily production targets Working Style and Expectations This is a small, professional studio environment with a strong focus on productivity and quality. The role requires sustained concentration and consistent output throughout the working day. We are looking for someone who is dependable, present, and able to maintain focus on hands on tasks.
