We're looking for experienced Pizzaioli to join Canova Hall in Brixton. Experience of working with dough is essential. We have an extensive Italian menu with our own recipes which are all developed from scratch using fresh ingredients each day, so preparation is a key role within our business. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is also looking to cross-train or work towards becoming a Chef, a positive attitude to work and ability to work in a team is essential, all training will be provided otherwise.
