SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team at Rotunda Restaurant in Kings Place. A good attitude and personality are the main traits we are looking for. Add to that a passion for working in a team and producing great dishes with fresh, seasonal produce. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To offer support to the department Head Chef in providing a smooth and seamless running of the kitchen operation. Ensuring high standards of food service and food/product innovation in is kept at all times. You will be required to work 7 shifts a week average of 48 hours business dependent.
