we Are looking for a head chef to be in charge of a new all day dining brasserie . The restaurant will be breakfast to dinner and with a kitchen of at least 8 staff . The chef should have experience in this . The correct person will also be working close with us in developing a new menu . The restaurant is based in Southate and has 110 covers .

We are based in a good affluent area and it's very much an anticipated opening as the site was previously occupied by cafe rouge for 30 years . We have internal seating for 90 covers and an extra 20/30 on the outside terrace .
