HEAD OF MARKETING Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 FTE/ per annum and DOE About Us Advanced Aesthetics Partners is an exciting platform partnering with leading medical aesthetics clinics across the UK to support and grow their businesses. Founded in 2022 we are a rapidly growing alliance platform of elite aesthetics brands, fuelled by a culture of growth, excellence and care. Our model is built around enabling clinic owners to focus on delivering high-quality, doctor-led care and clinic innovation, while we provide the infrastructure, investment, and expertise to drive sustainable growth. We work closely with our partners to preserve their brand, maintain medical autonomy, and unlock long-term value. Our central marketing function is a relatively new but rapidly evolving department with a fantastic team, central to how we scale our clinic network and elevate patient experience. We are now looking for a full-time (40 hours/5 days per week), permanent Head of Marketing to lead this function and play a key role in our next phase of growth. The Role This is a unique digital role and Head of Marketing opportunity to define and deliver a group-wide marketing strategy across a growing portfolio of clinic brands with three key attributes; running our digital/performance marketing efforts, improving commercial performance, and strategic leadership. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can prepare the business to execute a successful strategy using cutting edge marketing expertise and an understanding of the technologies shaping the industry, while moving between strategy and execution to ensure work can get done. It is a critical leadership role focused on bringing structure and a commercial approach to managing our different marketing activities, able to evaluate growth strategies and measure ROI & profitability. It is essential that you are KPI-driven and able to measure marketing performance despite challenges in clear data. Your leadership will ensure marketing becomes a core driver of growth, brand value, patient acquisition and retention across the group, central to our successful future. The individual must be a specialist in digital marketing – the role requires running performance marketing, website development/optimisation & UX, CRM management, and working with our digital agency to deliver consistent improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead Marketing Strategy: Own the group-wide marketing strategy across all brands and clinics – bringing an expert knowledge of different marketing techniques and the latest digital trends, you must ensure our brands are capitalising on strategies which will bring the greatest ROI. Digital Marketing Head: While working with our agency partners, you will lead all digital & performance marketing activities (eg PPC), UX/website development, CRM. This role is a product lead across all of our digital assets & CRM configuration. Lead & Develop the Team: Support and develop our high-performing marketing team, ensuring we provide clear career development and embedding a culture of ownership, collaboration and commercial focus. Commercial ownership & ROI: Set, track, and optimise key marketing metrics (including client acquisition cost, conversion rates, paid media performance) to drive profitable growth and indicative ROI. Collaborating with your marketing team to build a holistic KPI-driven approach. Multi-Channel Strategy & Optimisation: Oversee a multi-channel marketing approach, managing agency partners, leveraging clinic systems, and driving continuous optimisation through testing and insight-led decision-making. Optimise the Customer Journey: Continuously improve the end-to-end client journey, identifying drop-off points and implementing strategies to enhance conversion, retention, and overall experience. Reporting & Frameworks: Develop scalable digital marketing frameworks and reporting tools, delivering clear, data-driven reports and translate into actionable insights for key stakeholders including senior leadership & medical directors. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all digital marketing activity complies with GMC and ASA regulations, maintaining high standards of ethical, accurate, and responsible communication. What We’re Looking For A digital marketing expert who can take ownership of all our digital and performance marketing assets, have a deep technical understanding of managing these products to optimize performance and UX, as well as CRM management. Several years of proven leadership experience in a senior digital marketing role within a scaling, multi-brand business in a healthcare/regulated industry such as medical aesthetics. We are looking for an energetic individual with a track record of building or significantly improving a marketing function, not just operating within one. Commercially driven person with clear ownership of measurable KPIs, including conversion rates, CAC, ROI and the ability to deliver results with a lean budget. Expertise across digital, performance marketing, and CRM. Must have leadership experience in digital marketing, PPC, website mgmt., social and email marketing. Someone who has a proven ability to step back and think strategically about what the business needs. Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in partnership-led environments and supporting the AAP senior leadership team. Has strong emotional intelligence and a humble leadership style that inspires high performance. Ability to manage and mentor a small high-performing marketing team. Desirable if you have experience in private equity-backed, VC-backed, or scale-up environments. Highly desirable if you have relevant Aesthetics Industry Experience.
