We are seeking a diligent and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. Key Responsibilities: • Inputting data from various sources into the company database., • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness., • Maintaining and updating existing data records., • Performing regular data backups to ensure data security., • Generating reports and retrieving data as needed., • Assisting with data cleanup projects., • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Requirements: • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role., • Excellent typing speed and accuracy., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel., • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy., • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively., • Good communication and organizational skills., • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data management is a plus.
