We are a small, busy company looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. You will work closely with the office manager in a small office environment, helping keep administrative tasks organised and running smoothly. The role will be full-time for the first month to allow time to learn the systems and processes. After this initial period, the role will transition to 3 days per week on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities • Managing general administrative tasks and office organisation, • Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence, • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars, • Preparing documents and maintaining records, • Assisting with basic bookkeeping (invoices, expenses, simple financial tracking), • Supporting general day-to-day office operations Requirements • Previous PA or administrative experience is essential, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Ability to work independently in a small office environment, • Basic bookkeeping knowledge, • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and similar systems), • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in administration who enjoys working in a small, hands-on environment and taking responsibility for keeping things organised.
