In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office and providing essential support to our team and clients. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry., • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members., • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with tenants, contractors, and property owners., • Maintain accurate records and databases related to properties and clients., • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars., • Support general office tasks, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
