-Job Summary- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons while ensuring the efficient operation of the bar. Key Responsibilities: Glass Porting
Ensure all glassware is clean, polished, and properly stocked for service. Bar Preparation
Prepare the bar before and during services and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift, including stocking supplies and organizing inventory. Cocktail & Coffee Making:
Create and serve a variety of cocktails and coffee beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Customer Service:
Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, taking their orders and addressing their needs effectively. Reinforcement of Bar Policies:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as responsible service of alcohol. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other bartenders and staff to maintain a smooth workflow. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred. - Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and coffee making is a plus. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
