We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in overseeing food production and leading kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, team management, and food safety practices.
Responsibilities: - Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking processes - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices - Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
-Ensuring rotas are up to date and shifts are covered
Skills: - Proficient in food production techniques and culinary skills - Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading a kitchen team - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to cook and prepare a variety of dishes to high standards - Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff effectively
