We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in overseeing food production and leading kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, team management, and food safety practices. Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking processes
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices
Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area -Ensuring rotas are up to date and shifts are covered Skills:
Proficient in food production techniques and culinary skills
Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading a kitchen team
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to cook and prepare a variety of dishes to high standards
