We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in overseeing food production and leading kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, team management, and food safety practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking processes
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
    -Ensuring rotas are up to date and shifts are covered
    Skills:
  • Proficient in food production techniques and culinary skills
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading a kitchen team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to cook and prepare a variety of dishes to high standards
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff effectively
