YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • The customer experience is your top priority: you convey the values and quality of our products, inspire with your open personality and product know-how and motivate your colleagues by acting as a role model., • Together with the Store Manager, you create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which big and small successes are celebrated together. You support with administrative tasks, coach and inspire the team and give everyone the chance to continuously improve and develop., • You always keep an eye on the commercial success of your store, the set targets and the associated KPIs - and intervene to keep performance at the highest level., • Together with the Store Manager, you will plan how you can continuously develop the store and increase our brand awareness., • Several years of professional experience in the retail sector, first experience in store management is an advantage, • Passion for sales and customer service, an uncompromising openness towards all people and the ability to motivate and inspire others, • Curiosity and understanding of (emerging) trends in fashion / footwear as well as an affinity for social media, • Results-oriented approach, understanding of retail-specific KPIs and an eye for detail, • Proficient with MS Office as well as with common cash register systems, • Very good English skills; other languages are an advantage BIRKENSTOCK offers you all the advantages of a successful, fast growing, global company: dynamic work environment, considerable design freedom, authentic and open corporate culture and excellent development opportunities.
