The Company is seeking a London Regional Sales Executive to develop and manage its customer base across London and the surrounding areas. The role sits within the Sales & Purchasing Department and reports directly to the Purchasing & Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing business customers, identifying and developing new customer accounts, understanding customers’ purchasing requirements, promoting the Company’s product range and converting customer enquiries into sales orders. The role will involve regular communication with customers regarding product requirements, pricing, availability, quotations and orders. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the Purchasing & Sales Director, Customer Service Department and Warehouse Department to ensure that customer requirements are accurately communicated and orders are efficiently processed and fulfilled. As the Company specialises in Chinese and Asian food products and works with Chinese-speaking customers and business contacts, the role requires effective communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
