I am working with a well-established bathroom company who are expanding due to success of their product and are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Sales Team in Lisburn. This role offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic and dedicated team while providing sales and customer support to customers across Ireland. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer and trade enquiries via telephone, email, and website in a timely and professional manner., • Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently., • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure smooth processing and delivery of sales orders., • Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, discrepancies, and suitable alternative products when required., • Provide internal sales support to field sales representatives and deliver ongoing product and after-sales support to customers. Key Requirements • At least one year’s experience in a similar role, • Strong ability to work independently, use initiative, and make informed decisions., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment., • Professional and friendly telephone manner with strong customer service skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
