Telesales Executive – Payroll Solutions 📍 Manchester (Office-Based) We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Manchester. The Role As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) by promoting our payroll solutions to businesses across the UK. You will work with a mixture of warm inbound enquiries and outbound cold calling, engaging with decision-makers and identifying opportunities to support their payroll needs. Key Responsibilities • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce payroll solutions, • Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into qualified appointments, • Booking appointments for BDMs with key decision-makers, • Building rapport quickly and identifying client needs, • Maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system, • Monday to Friday, • Basic salary: £27,500, • On-target earnings (OTE): £50,000+, • Uncapped commission structure, • Modern office environment in Manchester, • Onsite gym, café, and retail shops, • Supportive team culture with ongoing training and development, • Previous telesales, call centre, or sales experience preferred, • Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner, • Target-driven with a strong desire to earn, • Resilient and positive attitude, especially when handling cold calls, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
