PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING This role is a customer facing sales role in a small busy West End kiosk. The ideal person will be energetic, self motivated and crucially an excellent communicator. We train to firstly meet and greet, advise and sell our range of services. This will give you the needed technical knowledge of Shoes, bags, watches, keys and trainers. This is a hands on role also and you will get dirty as its a role where you will touch old used shoes, watch and peoples keys and more. Shoe repair, handbag renovation, key cutting, watch repair and sneaker renovations are some of the services we offer and that you will learn. Being able to greet, sell, handle demanding customers is very important. Experience is great but not necessary for the right person. We are mainly looking for support in three areas: We operate across two main marketing channels: one directed at guests and travellers, and the other directed at property owners and partners, which gives exposure to both B2C and B2B communication. The role is remote and highly flexible. Most of the team works asynchronously, communicating throughout the day (and night), so the work can be done at times that fit around any schedule. Occasionally, we may organise in-person meetings to shoot content, but these are not frequent (e.g. once a month). The position is structured as a freelance arrangement (paid via monthly invoice) rather than formal employment. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks without needing very detailed direction. Details: • Commitment: approximately 6–8 hours per week, • Pay: £300–£700 per month, depending on experience, • Remote with occasional in-person content shoots, • Flexible working hours
