We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven National Account & Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence across the country and build long-term partnerships with leading chefs, venues and foodservice operators. What you’ll be doing This is a true dual-role opportunity combining national account management with new business development. Grow and nurture key accounts • Build strong, trusted relationships with national foodservice groups and hospitality operators, • Deliver annual growth plans aligned with company targets, • Run monthly business reviews and weekly performance reporting, • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product range, • Support pricing, tenders and contract renewals Win new business • Identify and secure new national and regional customers, • Build a strong pipeline across hospitality, stadia, education, healthcare, travel and leisure, • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award, • Create strategic entry plans for high-value target groups, • Represent us at industry events and exhibitions, • Contribute to growth strategies and forecasting How success will be measured You’ll play a key role in driving our commercial performance through: • Revenue growth (new and existing customers), • Strong gross margins, • New business wins and account retention, • Pipeline value and conversion, • Tender success rate What we’re looking for We’re seeking someone who is commercially driven, confident and relationship-focused: • Proven success in National Account Management within foodservice or FMCG, • A track record of winning new business, • Experience supplying contract caterers or hospitality groups, • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, • Solid understanding of the foodservice industry What you’ll get in return We believe in rewarding our people and supporting long-term careers: • Annual pay reviews., • Car allowance., • Bonus Scheme., • 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays.
