Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team with a Pregnancy Massage Qualification as a must. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in various massage techniques but also possesses excellent communication skills to understand and address clients' needs effectively. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client requirements. Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss their concerns to create personalised treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised and stored. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality protocols. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Provide clients with aftercare advice and recommendations for ongoing wellness. Requirements Valid certification in massage therapy from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; new graduates are welcome to apply. A commitment to maintaining high professional standards and continuing education in the field of massage therapy. Primary Purpose ● A key member of the team and accountable to the Owner, the Club Manager will have responsibility for the performance of the UBX club. ● As the lead for the sales function, you will be responsible for executing lead generation/marketing plan to increase membership sales. ● As Club Manager, you are accountable for ensuring all duties are delivered through project management, inter-personal skills, communication skills, administration, problem solving and process management. Key Accountabilities ● Maintain and grow the total membership base and oversee all aspects of the membership sales process. ● Drive financial plans and increase gross margins of the business through optimal programming and capacity utilisation. Responsibilities and Duties General ● Create, properly manage and exceed, all Sales and Operational budgets. ● Develop a gym culture where excellence and member appreciation are the focus and results are achieved. ● Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the Owner, UBX Head Office team and the club team. ● Maintain gym facilities, top-notch cleanliness, appearance and organisation of the club and inventory. ● Maintain a strong working knowledge of our training programs by participating in at least two UBX training sessions per week. Customer Acquisition ● Create annual marketing plan for social media, digital/print marketing, and community events ● Carry out sales campaigns to increase membership via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks and out-reach activities. ● Ensure a consistent sales effort is always maintained by providing daily sales goals and contests/incentive-based motivation, including establishing, expanding, and tracking outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and charitable organizations. ● Provide club tours & convert leads to members. ● Make sales calls to prospects. ● Drive member referral scheme. Customer Retention ● Onboarding new members and helping them through our joining process. ● Offering first class customer service to current members. Social Media ● To manage social media pages and update with real-time content. ● To respond to any comments on all platforms. Reporting ● Analyse success of our business performance - both in terms of year-on-year performance and vs budgets and re-forecasts – providing insight, commentary, and action plans to address performance variances. ● To continually benchmark our activity vs. our competitive set (and the wider market) and feedback to the business. ● Daily management of invoicing and tracking of all budgets. Team Management ● Recruit, hire, train and deliver the onboarding program for all staff. ● Providing leadership and direction to the team at your UBX club. General Administration & Office Duties: ● To assist with answering the phones and take messages when require. ● Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, delinquent account procedures, and customer care calls. ● Participate in technical and personal development activities.

Department: Community Sports Coach Employment Type: Part-time (1 to 2 days) Location: London, UK (Office is based within Kings Cross and Hammersmith) Overview of Project Young Elite Management is a sports management and mentoring company, registered as a Community Interest Company, that offers sports management and mentoring services (initially focused on football, but with plans to extend to other sports in the longer term). These services will include identifying young, talented players from underrepresented communities and areas, offering opportunities to train through recommended coaching services, and ensuring they receive effective mentoring and guidance to remain focused. The Duties We are recruiting for a professional Community Sports Coach Coordinator to maintain all community outreach activities. You will be required to represent the company and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase the company's visibility within the surrounding community. As a sports coach, you may provide athletes with nutrition and diet plans in addition to their training plans. You may provide advice on a healthy lifestyle, including what to eat, getting enough sleep, and relaxation techniques. Working with professional athletes may involve performance-enhancing and personal development advice. You inspire athletes to strive for their best performance and to develop their knowledge and techniques. You explain sports psychology and sports science to inspire confidence and a belief in their abilities as athletes. Additionally, you may liaise with physiotherapists and nutritionists to obtain and provide additional support. A sports coach's role and skills can vary depending on where you work. Sports coaches work with individuals and teams at professional and amateur clubs, community sports associations, schools, colleges, and universities. They may plan a recruitment drive to find new players and organise sporting events. As a sports coach, your primary roles may include: • Evaluate performance and provide suitable feedback, balancing criticism with positivity and motivation, • Assess strengths and weaknesses in a participant's performance and identify areas for further development, • Adapt to the needs and interests of group or individual participants, • Communicate instructions and commands using clear communication methods, • Demonstrate an activity by breaking the task down into a sequence, • Encourage participants to gain and develop skills, knowledge, and techniques, • Ensure that participants train and perform to a high standard of health and safety at all times, • Inspire confidence and self-belief, • develop knowledge and understanding of fitness, injury, sports psychology, nutrition, and sports science, • Conducting Outreach methods to work with athletes within the community, • Advising Athletes, • Suggesting New techniques, • Being a role model, • Offering lifestyle advice, • Organising competitions and meetings
