Position Overview The In-House Trainer at ALD Support plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members who provide person-centred care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Learning Disabilities (LD). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within the healthcare or social care sector, with a focus on supporting individuals with ASD and/or LD.
