Warehouse & Fulfilment (Core Role): • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse, packing stations, and fulfilment areas., • Check and manage stock levels, ensure items are correctly labelled, and rotate stock as needed., • Support the fulfilment team with general tasks, including picking and packing orders when required. If you hold a driving licence and are happy to drive, there may be ad hoc opportunities to support deliveries, including: • Driving a refrigerated van across Greater London., • Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently., • Completing delivery routes while maintaining product quality and cold-chain standards., • Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting any issues. You may also be asked to: • Assist in the production of health drinks following set recipes and quality standards., • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately., • Operate mixing, filling, or production equipment., • Conduct routine equipment checks and reporting any issues., • Support continuous improvement initiatives., • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality. What we are looking for: • Previous warehouse, cleaning, or general operational support experience is a plus., • Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces organised., • Fit and able to be on your feet in a fast-paced environment., • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player., • Good spoken and written English., • Basic computer literacy (able to use spreadsheets, email, and warehouse systems)., • Full UK driving licence (beneficial but not required)., • Comfortable driving within Greater London., • C1 licence and CPC training are a bonus.
