    About the Role Scruffy Dog Productions Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organised Master Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of our fast-paced creative production projects. Working across production, design, workshop, procurement, project management and installation teams, the Master Scheduler will create and maintain integrated project schedules, ensuring activities, resources, dependencies and key deadlines are clearly coordinated and visible across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic production environment where priorities can change quickly and successful delivery depends on exceptional planning and coordination. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain and continuously update master project schedules across multiple production workstreams., • Coordinate timelines across design, fabrication, procurement, logistics, installation and project delivery., • Establish key milestones, dependencies, critical paths and delivery dates., • Work closely with Project Managers, Production Managers, Workshop teams and other stakeholders to ensure schedules accurately reflect project requirements., • Monitor progress against agreed timelines and proactively identify delays, risks, clashes and resource constraints., • Highlight schedule risks and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track., • Coordinate resource requirements and sequencing across concurrent projects., • Maintain accurate schedule information and provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders., • Support short-term and long-term planning during critical production and installation periods., • Ensure schedule changes are communicated promptly to relevant teams., • Contribute to improving scheduling processes, visibility and project delivery efficiency. You will ideally have: • Proven experience in Master Scheduling, Project Scheduling, Production Planning or a similar role., • Experience working within production, manufacturing, construction, events, experiential, creative or other project-based environments., • Strong understanding of project dependencies, critical paths, milestones and resource planning., • Excellent organisational and time-management skills., • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple teams and stakeholders., • Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure., • Strong proficiency with scheduling/project management software and Microsoft Excel., • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
