    £18000–£22000 yearly
    Full-time
    Maidstone

Who are we? Comedy Mansion is more than just comedy — we're building an entertainment brand where live comedy, film, content and unforgettable experiences come together. We're a fast-moving, ambitious team creating exciting comedy events, developing original content and bringing comedians, audiences and creative talent together in new and entertaining ways. From packed comedy nights and venue events to film shoots, digital content and behind-the-scenes production, there's always something happening at Comedy Mansion. We're growing, we're constantly coming up with new ideas, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey rather than simply turn up for a job. This is far from your average office job. You'll be at the heart of what we do — helping us organise comedy events, communicate with venues and performers, support our marketing, and even get involved behind the scenes when we're producing film and video content. If you like variety, meeting people, being creative and getting things done, this could be the role for you. Your responsibilities will include: · Managing emails, enquiries and day-to-day communications · Answering calls and communicating with venues, performers, clients and partners · Helping organise comedy shows, events and bookings · Visiting venues and working with venue teams to help make events happen · Travelling to venues and events as required · Helping promote Comedy Mansion events and campaigns · Building great relationships with venues, performers, suppliers and partners · Production support on film and video shoots — helping with organisation, equipment, locations, schedules and whatever is needed on the day · Getting involved in the behind-the-scenes side of creating Comedy Mansion content · Keeping event information, schedules and admin organised · Getting stuck in and supporting the wider team wherever needed We're looking for someone who is: · Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks · Confident speaking to people on the phone and face-to-face · A strong written and verbal communicator · A confident driver with a full, valid driving licence · Comfortable working in the fast-paced world of live events · Excited by film, video and production · Creative and full of ideas · Friendly, professional and great with people · Proactive — you don't wait around to be told what needs doing · A problem solver who can think on their feet · A team player who is happy to get involved with whatever needs doing One day you could be answering emails and organising schedules; the next you could be jumping in the car to visit a venue, helping prepare for an upcoming comedy night or working with the team to promote an event. You'll meet comedians, venues, creatives and production teams, visit different locations and be involved in bringing ideas from “we should do this…” to “we've just made it happen!” If you're looking for a job where you can learn, grow, have fun and actually be part of the action, we'd love to hear from you.
