Roles & Responsibilities - Ability to drive and achieve sales along with team as per organizational target Responsible for the team's calling customers regarding projects, giving presentation and completing sales. Providing Training and guidance to team as and when required. Student Advising: Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students to discuss academic goals, course selection, and career aspirations through cold calls. ● Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking. ● Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing proposals, cold calls, and other sales materials. ● Client Communication: Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively convey the value of our products/services. ● Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and potential partners. ● Sales Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to develop sales and negotiation skills. ● Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.). ● Promote Catorce’s financial education programs, software development services, and digital marketing solutions. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. ● Understand client needs and offer customized solutions that align with their business goals. ● Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. ● Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. ● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. ● Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: ● Freshers welcome – No prior experience required. ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. ● Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn. ● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ● Basic knowledge of financial markets, software solutions, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
