*Key Responsibilities* - *Sales Strategy and Target Achievement* : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Renewfy's products or services, achieving or exceeding sales goals. - *Relationship Management* : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - *Sales Pipeline Development & Management* : Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through closing, ensuring steady deal flow and aligning sales efforts with Renewfy's business goals. - *Product Presentation* : Present and sell Renewfy's products or services to clients, effectively communicating value propositions and potential benefits. *Requirements* - *Experience* : Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B setting, with a focus on fostering strong client relationships. - *Skills* : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - *Industry Knowledge* : Familiarity with relevant industry trends, technologies, and client expectations. *Performance Metrics* - *Sales Targets* : Achieve 100% of monthly/annual sales targets. - *Customer Satisfaction* : Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and solution delivery. - *Pipeline Growth* : Continuously build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring steady deal flow and growth.
