*Requirements*
  • *Experience*: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B setting, with a focus on fostering strong client relationships.
  • *Skills*: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • *Industry Knowledge*: Familiarity with relevant industry trends, technologies, and client expectations.

*Performance Metrics*
  • *Sales Targets*: Achieve 100% of monthly/annual sales targets.
  • *Customer Satisfaction*: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and solution delivery.
  • *Pipeline Growth*: Continuously build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring steady deal flow and growth.
