We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends) Key Responsibilities: ✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area) ✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives. ✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships. ✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager. ✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
