Key Responsibilities 1. *Product Knowledge* : Understanding different types of silk sarees, fabrics, designs, and embellishments. 2. *Customer Service* : Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and addressing concerns. 3. *Sales* : Meeting sales targets, promoting products, and upselling or cross-selling relevant items. 4. *Product Display* : Maintaining attractive and well-organized product displays. 5. *Inventory Management* : Tracking inventory levels, reporting stock discrepancies, and ensuring timely restocking. 6. *Customer Relationship Building* : Building and maintaining relationships with regular customers. Additional Responsibilities 1. *Fashion Advice* : Offering styling advice and suggestions to customers. 2. *Product Demonstrations* : Demonstrating products, showcasing features, and highlighting craftsmanship. 3. *Handling Customer Complaints* : Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently. 4. *Participating in Sales Events* : Participating in sales events, promotions, and exhibitions.
