Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
Present and promote products/services to customers
Close sales deals and meet monthly targets
Build strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat business
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a passion for sales
Fresher or 6 months+ experience in sales/fieldwork preferred
