● Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
● Promote Catorce’s financial education programs, software development services, and digital marketing solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
● Understand client needs and offer customized solutions that align with their business goals.
● Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
● Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
● Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
● Freshers welcome – No prior experience required.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
● Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Basic knowledge of financial markets, software solutions, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
