About the job Cerchiamo uno Chef de Partie con esperienza, appassionato di cucina tradizionale e attento alla qualità delle materie prime. La figura sarà responsabile della gestione della propria partita, assicurando un lavoro preciso, ordinato e coerente con gli standard della cucina. Lo Chef de Partie si occuperà della preparazione delle mise en place, della realizzazione dei piatti assegnati e del corretto funzionamento della linea durante il servizio, mantenendo cura del gusto, attenzione alla presentazione e rispetto delle ricette definite. Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione della propria postazione, del controllo delle scorte della partita e del mantenimento degli standard igienici e di pulizia. In collaborazione con l’Executive Chef e con la brigata, contribuirà alla continuità del servizio, alla gestione delle materie prime e all’individuazione di eventuali miglioramenti operativi. È richiesta un’attitudine collaborativa, capacità di lavorare con ritmo e precisione e disponibilità a supportare i colleghi nelle diverse fasi della produzione. Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza. È prevista, se necessario, la disponibilità di alloggio per il personale selezionato. Sono previsti pasti durante il servizio e la fornitura dell’uniforme. Ottima capacità di gestire in autonomia la propria partita, mantenendo ordine, pulizia e continuità nelle preparazioni. Precisione nell’esecuzione delle ricette, cura della mise en place e attenzione alla qualità del prodotto finale. Capacità di lavorare con ritmo e organizzazione durante il servizio, collaborando in modo efficace con la brigata. Conoscenza delle norme HACCP e corretta applicazione delle procedure igienico-sanitarie. Gestione delle scorte della propria partita, controllo qualità delle materie prime e corretta conservazione dei prodotti. Affidabilità nella gestione delle porzioni e rispetto degli standard di cucina definiti dall’Executive Chef. POSITION SUMMARY Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes.
