Executive Chef We are hiring for an Executive Chef on behalf of a rapidly expanding, venture-backed hospitality group launching multiple high-end concepts across 2026. This is a build role, not a maintenance one. The group spans fine dining, private/VIP experiences, and modern culinary platforms. They are looking for chefs who want to lead properly, build strong teams, and deliver food that stands out for the right reasons. The role The Executive Chef will take full ownership of the kitchen, setting standards, shaping culture, and driving consistent, high-level execution. Key responsibilities • Lead the kitchen with clear standards around quality, consistency, and behaviour, • Develop menus that are seasonal, focused, and commercially smart, • Build, mentor, and retain a strong, disciplined team, • Oversee day-to-day operations including food cost, labour, and supplier management, • Be present and hands-on during key services, openings, and critical moments, • Proven experience leading high-level kitchens (Michelin or equivalent), • A clear culinary point of view, with the discipline to keep it focused, • Strong operational and financial understanding, • A leader who builds teams that perform and stay, • Calm, detail-driven, and consistent under pressure, • Opportunity to open and shape new concepts from the ground up, • Well-funded group with serious growth plans, • Real influence over food, team, and standards, • A role with long-term potential, not short-term churn
